Taking a Deep Dive
For the 5th year running, Concep has analysed the performance of its legal and professional services email marketing metrics. This year we take an even deeper dive and analyse our biggest sample size ever - 186 million emails from five sectors: consulting, financial services, legal, real estate and other professional services.
One year on
As this benchmark report comes in just after the one year anniversary of GDPR, we wanted to compare pre-GDPR metrics to post-GDPR metrics for each sector and see if there was a difference in performance between North America, Europe or Asia Pacific.

Also NEW in this report we take a look at how firms are using email to communicate with employees throughout the employee lifecycle. How do the different sectors perform on internal communication? Does it vary from region to region?
