Dan Morgan is Concep’s CEO having originally joined the board of the company as investor in 2011. Prior to this Dan was the MD and shareholder in Salesforce’s principal social media integration partner in EMEA. He has 20 years’ experience in corporate strategy consulting, starting with LEK Consulting through to founding, growing and selling SMT Consulting to Cello Group PLC in 2007. His focus at SMT was in best practice transfer in multichannel environments. Dan holds a First Class BSc Hons in Engineering Maths from Bristol University.
Global Sales & Client Services Director
Freddie is responsible for Concep’s growth and has been with the firm for nearly 10 years. He is proud to say that he has personally worked with every single one of Concep’s clients. Now based in London, Freddie spent 4 years growing the North America business based out of the New York office. His big belief is that relationships are the key to building life-long customer value.
Technical Operations Director
Rory heads up the infrastructure, development, information security and technical client support teams at Concep. Coming from a software development background, Rory has a passion for developing stable, secure products that give our clients the edge. Having worked for professional services firms for over 6 years before joining Concep, Rory knows how important information security is to our clients and this is always at the forefront of his mind.
Adam has provided Concep with a fresh outlook since joining in 2016. He was looking for a company with ambition within the marketing and technology sector and found Concep with their unique combination of data, technology and marketing. Adam has been a key part of the change that has taken place since he joined. His main focus is optimising processes and improving reporting in order to facilitate future growth.

Alexandra Duncalf joined Concep in 2015 as an Implementation Executive. Now Concep’s Head of Client Experience (CX), Alexandra heads up Concep’s global strategy to create an exceptional client experience at every touch point with the business.
