We have looked at internal communications from clients across industries from January to December 2016 to see how each quarter compares to each other.
The results from 2016 are similar to those in 2015. Q1 saw a stronger performance in view rates, CTR and CTO rates than Q1 in the previous year. In general view rates have remained consistent at around 50% for each quarter and are generally higher in 2016 than 2015.
