The Client

Williams Lea is a leading business process outsourcing company, specialising in corporate information solutions. Williams Lea works with some of the world's most demanding organisations - a blue-chip client base which includes 12 members of the FTSE 100 index and a further 13 members of the Fortune 200 largest global companies. These companies are market leaders for whom competitive edge depends on the delivery of an effective and consistent message and on optimising the efficiency of their back-office processes.

The Pain

Williams Lea service hundreds of client sites around the UK, where their employees and contractors work within the physical office space of the client. Often these individuals have little contact with the head office. Communicating any news, changes within the organisation or updates of any nature has traditionally been an incredibly difficult and time-consuming ordeal. They needed to find a medium with which they could compile a professionally branded communications and ensure that recipients were receiving and reading those communications.

The Solution

Williams Lea implemented Concep campaigner as a communications tool, allowing them to easily create branded news pieces to send to employees and contractors across the UK.

The Results

The solution enables the head office staff at Williams Lea to deliver company messages to staff across the UK with minimal effort and with immediate feedback and results. Whilst the solution has opened up a two-way communication channel, it has also encouraged employees to feel part of the organisation. Responses and queries from all employees are now being accounted for, even if they are based on client sites.
