Why should I use Auto-Alerts?
 

Concep's Auto-Alerts module takes the complexity and headache out of constructing tailored messages to your clients based on their preferences. Rather than painstakingly trying to match up client preferences one by one with valuable new content once it's made available on your CMS and manually sending out hundreds of emails, Auto-Alerts is able to relieve you from this burden so that you can focus on the results.

Your clients' satisfaction levels are increased as they are in full control of what information they receive and when they receive it.

How do clients select their preferences? Can these be changed?
 

Clients can access an online and on-brand preference centre where they select which topics they wish to receive and when. They can access this centre as many times and whenever they wish.

What are the frequency options, where do recipients select these and how can they control them?
 

The recipient can set the frequency they desire in the preference centre. Recipients can only select from frequency options defined by you, enabling you to provide options that suit the frequency of the content you produce.

What systems can Auto-Alerts integrate with? Where can the content be pulled from?
 

Auto-Alerts will be able to pull content from any system that is able to output content with tags in a standard format (e.g. XML or RSS).

Within your system you will need to tag the content by areas of interest as opposed to specific newsletters or alerts, so that these match up with the preferences put on offer to your contacts.

What reporting does it generate?
 

You will be able to get high level reports by logging into the Concep Send account the alerts are sent from. You can even drill down to a particular recipient.

Does the information feedback into our CRM system?
 

Yes just like our integration module up to 10 activity types can be recorded (Campaign Sent, Viewed, Repeat View, File Download, Link Click, Forward to a Friend, Undeliverable, Opt Out, Suppression, Abuse etc). Each activity is fully configurable and can be turned on or off.

Are the emails branded?
 

Yes, all emails sent through Auto-Alerts use purpose built templates either designed and built by our creative teams adhering to your brand guidelines and specific requirements. Or, you can design and build your own templates using the Concep Send template creator tool. Ensuring emails are fully branded and consistent with all your mailings.
