Key Client Reporting

Key Client Reporting Module provides actionable data, allowing firms to gain unique insight into how they are communicating with their key clients.

Information is gathered from across all of your Campaigner accounts allowing you to aggregate results into one report focused on a single key client.

The reports created are already proving to be invaluable for clients such as Clifford Chance.

I don't have a defined key client programme. Do I still need this?

This reporting is still extremely valuable to any organisation that communicates to high value clients. The module enables you to add and remove clients and companies and run reports on a firm wide level to gain a detailed understanding of all of your communications with them.

This information is instrumental in helping you build and manage your relationships with your most valued contacts.

Will this create more work for the marketing team?

The Key Client Reporting Module was created to save time for our clients who spend hours manually amalgamating the information necessary for these reports. The reports can now be effortlessly generated and delivered to your stakeholders.

How can the information generated benefit me?

Key Client Reporting allows you to identify e-communication related issues and opportunities with the contacts you count as important. For example, you would be able to see if there is a delivery issue to one of your key clients. Or if a particular high value contact is being bombarded with communications by numerous different business units across your company. Additionally, you are able to use this data to see what particular communications and what type of content they are most interested in.

Am I able to oversee communications sent to specific individuals instead of whole companies?

Yes. Key Client Reporting has a powerful filter function that allows you to filter a report down to a specific individual. This enables you to oversee what communications are being sent to your high value contacts.

Is this a standalone product?

No. In order to utilise the powerful reporting in Key Client Reporting you will need to have a Concep Campaigner account. Key Client Reporting extracts and analyses detailed Concep Campaigner reporting and produces actionable information for you and your stakeholders.

How is it different to activities or watch lists in my CRM?

Depending on what CRM system you use, it is not always possible to run different reports without hours of input from your CRM administrators.

Watchlists, whilst not always watched, also only contain actual activities. Some of the most important information is contained in what your contacts have not been doing. Key Client Reporting will enable you to unearth this information at a very early stage.

Will this require any involvement from our IT team?

No. Key Client Reporting is completely online just like Concep Campaigner.

Is my data secured?

The system runs over a secure 256bit SSL connection. In addition to this your data is encrypted on our servers.

What updates are on the roadmap?

We are currently looking at adding a scheduling module that will allow reports to be automatically generated and sent to you when you wish.

The ability to attribute key clients to specific individuals in your organisation, leading to generated reports being sent directly to them. Template reports will be added to the system to help you get started.

Do I have to pay for updates

No. All of our updates are included in your annual maintenance fee and updates happen automatically.

If there is a feature that is very specific to your requirements and not on our product road map, then we are happy to discuss these custom requirements.

How is Key Client Reporting charged for?

There is an initial one-off setup charge and then an annual maintenance fee after this.

How quickly can it be setup?

It can be setup for you in a matter of hours.

Can we run a trial?

Yes. Your account manager would be happy to arrange a trial report so that you can see if the information presented is relevant to you.
