What information can be recorded in our CRM system?
 

Concep Campaigner’s powerful campaign interaction reporting can be written back to your CRM system as 'activities' or 'responses' against a contact record. Event responses from an online form can also be recorded against event lists in CRM, and a contact’s details and mailing preferences updated automatically.

What ‘activities’ can be recorded in CRM?
 

Up to 10 activity types can be recorded (Campaign Sent, Viewed, Repeat View, File Download, Link Click, Forward to a Friend, Undeliverable, Opt Out, Suppression, Abuse etc); each activity is fully configurable and can be turned on or off.

We do not use our CRM system to manage events. Can that aspect be ‘switched off’?
 

Integration between Concep Campaigner and your CRM system can be broken down into 4 categories List Exporting, Activity Logging, Event Management and Preference Manager, each of the 4 elements can be switched on or off dependent upon a client’s specific requirements.

Can contacts update their contact details and mailing list membership?
 

Yes, any contact fields a client wishes to include can be presented on the Preference Manager webpage. Any marketing lists or areas of interest can be published for a contact to opt into or out of.

Do Concep work with CRM vendors and developers?
 

Yes, Concep work with a number of other CRM developers and resellers, including LexisNexis InterAction, MS Dynamics, SalesLogix and Salesforce.com. We work closely with LexisNexis and CRM4Legal, and have a number of mutual clients.

Does Concep Campaigner integrate with bespoke systems?
 

We have developed and implemented a number of bespoke integrations. Concep would be keen to understand your specific requirements and how integration with your bespoke CRM system could be achieved.

How does the integration work?
 

The integration between Concep Campaigner and a CRM system comprises an installed solution and Concep’s own web services, hosted within the Amazon Cloud. All data is transferred over https and SSL encryption.

Contacts are exported via a simple wizard from within CRM to Concep Campaigner, and any interaction by a recipient is automatically logged as and when it happens. Individual registration forms are created which are linked seamlessly to the event in CRM, allowing you to capture exactly what information you require. Contact detail updates and mailing preferences are managed and updated through an online subscription page.

Can our own development team integrate Concep Campaigner with our CRM system?
 

Concep are happy to facilitate in-house development if our clients wish, we can provide access to fully documented web-services, and consultative services to assist your development team.

What support does Concep provide for the integration and on-going?
 

Full implementation documentation and support is provided by Concep’s integration team. Support and system updates are available on-going. Concep develop additional features to their integration in line with both client and prospect requirements, and in consultation with CRM vendors. These updates are provided to clients as and when they are released.
