There are several tools within Concep Campaigner that ensure your campaigns are sent out exactly as you wish for them to go:

• Concep Campaigner has a 'Preflight report' - a check list that ensures you have completed all the correct fields such as spam check, subject line, spell check, the correct number of recipients have been added etc.
• Turn workflow approval on - all campaigns go through a central approval process, so the approvers (marketing managers) can check emails before they go out, and receive notification emails once sent.
• Email rendering - use the inbuilt email rendering tool to ensure your campaign looks good in all email inboxes. All the major email programs are available to test in and see what your campaign looks like with images enabled and blocked.

With increasing legislation around data protection and tracking laws, the remove tracking feature enables your recipients to opt-out of tracking but still receive ongoing communications.

• You can create your own opt out workflow to match your firm's own legal requirements.
