Mark is the founder and CEO of Concep Group. Before moving from Australia to London in 1999, Mark completed a degree in marketing communications but also gained practical business experience through his involvement in several start-ups in his home town of Brisbane. During the dotcom boom in London he quickly established himself as a specialist in interactive marketing across several business-to-business industry sectors whilst also attaining an IDM Diploma in Interactive and Direct Marketing, before then launching Concep in 2002 after identifying the opportunity of applying digital communications to the high-value B2B sector.

Mark believes that marketing for the professional services sector is actually microcosm of B2B marketing, due to the nature of high value relationships and the difference between selling tangible products or solutions versus experience, knowledge and reputation. Concep has developed methodologies that helps professional services marketers manage very long sales cycles and promote complex people based solutions through digital channels. His experience, knowledge and different point of view, combined with his passion for everything marketing has provided Concep with a solid foundation since inception.
