Andrew Johnson

Andrew is an entrepreneurial leader who has led businesses in a wide range of sectors building strong management teams with a clear vision. He has focused on reshaping companies through the development of new business and product models, exploiting the opportunities created by technology changes in the rapidly developing areas of customer relationship management, database marketing and e-commerce. Andrew acquired his CRM and eCommerce skills through building successful businesses in the sector. He was a founding shareholder and Chief Executive of both iForce and the Dataforce Group. In both cases he transformed traditional businesses into leaders within their sectors.

Andrew is a Partner of Beaumont Capital LLP. Beaumont invests its resources in businesses where customer relationship management and the exploitation of the new distribution channels created by development of digital media are key factors in their success. He is also Chairman of Techlightenment, a fast growing, data driven, technology and marketing company, specialising in social media.

Andrew studied Economics and History at Leeds University and the London School of Economics before joining ICI in the chemical industry. Following this initial commercial experience Andrew studied at INSEAD where he obtained an MBA with distinction.
