The Opportunity: 

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a good understanding of digital marketing and its applications in business. Clients are primarily business-to-business focused and expect a high level of creativity and professionalism. By working closely with the team you will come up with creative solutions to offer your clients as well as be the first point of contact. The primary responsibility of the Senior Account Manager (SAM) is to develop and oversee all aspects of a client’s strategic marketing plan.  This includes the initial marketing and branding strategy, primary and secondary research methodology, proposition development and every aspect of the customer experience, from all digital channels through to traditional marketing communication planning and strategy development.

You will engage in key account management activities such as client presentations and overall client relationship building.  In addition to developing the marketing strategy for clients, you will also be responsible for business development activities, managing client relationships, developing program cost estimates and budgets, and managing and executing on these activities.

Experience and skills required: 

To fit in, it's important that you share our enthusiastic, proactive approach to developing relationships and understanding our client's business needs. Experience of running client relationships or working within a marketing environment is a must as well as a 'can-do' attitude. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and work well in a strongly motivated team.
 
5+ years account management experience (digital agency preferred)
3+ years digital marketing experience
Marketing technology/platform experience essential
High level ITC competency
Degree Qualification preferred
If no degree, must have relevant certificate or diploma level qualifications
